"Best VW service center in NCR. I went for my 2017 vw polo 1.2 mpi petrol service. My vehicle has covered 1 lakh+ kms and every small detail for servicing was taken care. The service advisor was great. Although they add few things in the service like rubbing and dry cleaning which are optional and can be removed from the job card. Taking a appointment one or two day prior is recommended. They also have home pick and drop facility with some charges As it is a busy center specially on weekends so I pre booked my appointment for Sunday morning and I chose to wait there as it took around 3-4 hours ( including checkup, service and washing) They have a very neat waiting area and you can easily watch your car sitting in the waiting room. Hassle-free experience and you can rely on their ground staff for a better service. Highly recommended for service and maintenance for any vw car."

"Horrid experience. Came in for a door paint job, 3rd grade craftsmanship. Later had to replace the whole door that too to only see the paint fade from lava blue to neon blue magically. During this whole fiasco, they kept my car at the workshop for 3 weeks. Interior was completely ruined n dirty n stuff like microfibres were missing. Team is unsupportive and only makes false claims about their service quality. Would recommend going to some other VW."
